DJ Hero - Get it While you Can by Kristen Grace

Whether you've been following or not, you've more than likely heard about all of the different music video which have been created for the different consoles. From Guitar Hero, to Rock Band, their popularity has soared. But now there is a new contender in the ring, which is the DJ Hero video game.

Rather than the guitar and drums that come with most of the music games, this game comes with a turntable. There is a record with three colored buttons and as you manipulate them you will create a beat. When you push and then let go of the buttons, you will create a beat, and then holding them whilst moving the record will emit the scratching sound that DJ's are so famous for. Holding them and moving the turntable will create the scratching noise, and more complicated motions will produce a higher score.

Naturally there are people that enjoy it, and believe it is a great addition to the already awesome music games. The game has received some mixed reviews, as all video games do at first. You have those who believe it is a wonderful game, and then there are those who believe that music video games are moving in the wrong direction; and then there are those who believe that music video games are moving in the wrong direction.
