i just bought this video game for my xbox 360 and it worked when i played it and when i was playing with one of my friend he accidentally bumped into they system and it made a strange sound and when i took it out it had a big ring around it and my system all new and all my games that i played does not have that how do i CLEAN it or how can i play it.

You can't clean it i am afraid but you can return it to the store and explain what happened and if they are nice, they'll hook you up or if you have the receipt . You can prevent it from doing it again if you tilt you xbox horizontally while there is no disc inside the xbox. People say installing the disc to your HDD will work but it doesn't because the Xbox needs to know which game the disc is and all the scratches will prevent it. Don't listen to any youtube videos saying there is a way to fix it. Hope I helped
