It is believed that MW3 will introduce a situation where Russia spreads its invasion to include the European countries of Germany, France and England. This will see players being taken to missions in locations all over the world, including some outside of Europe, including Somalia and Dubai.

Dispute
Fans are assured that the recent legal developments that have taken place in Activision, the publisher of MW3, will not stand in the way of the game’s release. Developers of the game, Jason West and Vince Zampella of Infinity Ward, engaged Activision in legal proceedings after their dismissal from the company. This was followed by several of Infinity Ward employees also leaving Activision. Since then, Activision has enlisted the services of Sledgehammer games and Raven Software who are now working toward the completion of the title.
